Breaking through the ceiling of the cruise ship, she headed outside. In her dragonite form, she spread her large jet-black wings far apart.
“Yu Bom–!”
He followed suit with a shout. Even though his crushed and dislocated legs were trying to force him down onto his knees, he chased after her.
She flew off to the other side of the outer dimension. Although he could catch up to her if he sped up, he still didn’t dare do so because the ballista was in her right hand, while Gyeoul was still hanging under her left hand.
The magic arrow shone brightly within the darkness of the outer dimension.
And at last, when he saw the stern look on her face as if she had made up her mind,

Once again, she gazed down at him with an indifferent pair of eyes.
At one point, she was pretty much dead, and her life was just a continuation that had been going on until this moment. However, half of her revenge had failed – she just couldn’t kill the baby dragons that he cherished above everything else.
But living with him was also impossible.
Her dead mother and sister would be endlessly revived in her unforgetting memories, and Bom would curse him every time that happened.

How would it feel, to marry him?
What would his child look like…? Would they be as cute as him…?
Drawing the image of a harmonious family in her mind made her want to continue that immoral line of thought. Therefore, she forcibly emptied her brain – it was time to say goodbye.
While he was sorrowfully shouting and as his thunderous voice was shaking the world, she ended up letting out tears. The magic arrowhead of the ballista, however, was still turning brighter.
“If only one of us can live…”
She opened her mouth at the man approaching her with a scream as her broken fang showed up from behind her lips.
Bom whispered.
“I want you to be happy…”
This was the outer dimension, and his curse of regression had been undone.

Hmm. If I’m understanding this correctly, the hostility version of Myu and Bom are from a past iteration. They lingered because they completely left providence when the Vintage Clock rewound time. Then past Bom either replaced current Bom or rewrote current Bom’s behavior and later used Myu to give current Bom past Bom’s memories. So there should still be a second Bom somewhere.
The confusing part for me is what happened to her mother. I see two ways of understanding this:
1. When past Bom returned to providence, she became an observer solidifying her mother’s death. (Maybe leaving providence made the black dragons more conceptual in a ways?) So even though Vintage Clock rewound time, Bom’s observation of her mother’s death erased her (and maybe the other black dragons) in the current iteration.
2. Bom’s mother was rewound, but they still have memories of all of the time Yu Jitae tried to kill their mother. The memories they cannot forget made them suicidal so they want to obtain revenge against Jitae even knowing their mother was revived.
Though on second thought, idea #2 has some issues. First, their mother should be able to help them. And second, from their plotting we saw dragons can in fact use memory manipulation to forget stuff. So I guess idea #1 should be likelier.
Well also add in that Jitae does say that your mother should be alive, I have yet to kill her yet (having killed her 76ish times in the past), but Bom says that apparently due to her being out of Providence even if he doesn’t kill her in this time she is slated to be killed anyway. So pretty much him killing her mother once has damned her to die every reset no matter what or something if that nature.
Time travel is messy.

That was a bad plan anyway. Would have caused the extinction of the entire Black Dragon race if she succeeded.
If a hatchling died or was permanently disabled on Earth the Dragons destroyed the entire planet. Now the Black Dragons are already hated by the others so if the beacon activated and all Dragons saw an image of three hatchlings being killed by a Black a homicidal massacre would follow.
Some in the comments are forgetting the beacon does not point to Earth. It does two things: 1st sends location of death, in this case a dimension other than Earth. 2nd a video image beamed into their brain of the killer, the Dragons would recognise Bom/ Theta as a polymorphed Black Dragon.
